Do some aerobics exercises as part of your daily routine as well as your usual exercises, or when you jog, do a few short periods of sprinting mixed with your jogging. All of these tips will  help you start to lose those pounds again.

You may need to rethink the target you set yourself when you started your diet, perhaps you were over-enthusiastic. Ask yourself if you really need to lose those extra pounds. If the answer is “Yes!” then eat some vegetables that  have diuretic activities such as mooli (or daikon radish) perhaps your  body is storing excess fluid. Drink beet juice mixed with carrot juice  or celery that you have made for yourself.

Write down everything  you eat, including the sugar you put in your tea or coffee, any snacks  you have and don’t forget to include the low cal drinks you have during  the day.

If you are conscientious  about recording what you eat, you may find that you have been consuming  more calories than you thought.
